For Masechet Ketuvot 6a we strive for an understanding the principle of פסיק רישא. How do we identify a case as Psik Reisha? Why does Rebby Shimon admit that this becomes a דבר שמתכוין? We will formulate two different ways of explaining how & why this concept operates, and the נפק"מ with regard tothe view of the Aruch re: לא ניחא ליה.
