We'll complete the sugya of בעילה ראשונה בשבת is there aמלאכה on Shabbos either due to מלאכת חבורה or due to מלאכת בונה? A corollary issue is addressed in Ketuvot 6a: is the חתן on Friday night exempt from Kriyat Shema? Abaye argues that even if the first בעילה is a violation of Shabbos, nevertheless the groom is exempt from Kriyas Shema. This brings up the issue of the Halachik status or lack thereof of טירדא. After all it would seem that טירדא should apply to one who suffered a great financial loss; shall we say that such an individual is exempt from K"S? And if we accept that there is a category of טרוד מחמת המצוה since his anguish is related to a Mitzva, why isn't an אבל exempt from Mitzvot? He too is טרוד מחמת המצוה. What's the חילוק?
