For Tetzaveh, we will study the Rambam in Sefer HaMitzvos regarding the Mitzva of eating Kodshim. The simple text of the Written Torah will define the Klall Hamitzva, whereas Torah She'ba'al Peh will expand the mitzva & provide the פרטים. This will provide a take off into the sphere of Ta'amei HaMitzvot. By dividing each of the Mitzvos into the כלל of the mitzva & its פרטים, we will derive from the Rambam in his Moreh that giving rational reasons for the mitzva and its goal applies exclusively to the Klall of the Mitzva but never to its details. The Netziv divides the law of יציאת העבד בעין into two parts. While we can rationalize the law in the case where the master took out his anger & hit the Eved, what if he did so inadvertently?
