This will allow us to draw some practical Halachik conclusions about the laws that pertain to whoever frequents the kotel. How must one behave towards the kotel? Is one permitted to remove a stone from the kotel? Pull grass from the kotel? Lean on the kotel? Does the kotel have sanctity?
