We will discuss the reforms & changes that have taken place over the millennium in the transmission of the Torah. Not only has there been a shift from the study of the written Torah to the study of the Oral Torah, the entire school system has changed & no longer are the fathers teaching their sons. We will study the thesis of Rav Yaakov Kamenetzky and add our own assessment.
