Description

The sugya in Masechet Sotah 38a addresses the requirement of enunciating the Shem HaMiyuchad in the special mitzva of Birchas Kohanim in the Mikdash. Outside the Mikdash there are many other requirements, e.g. Amidah, Lashon Kodesh, etc., but the Name is recited in its כינוי for (Adnus). We wish to analyze the requirement in Mikdash of the Shel HaMifurash.
