The sugya in Masechet Kiddushin 64b-65aaddresses the issue of a father who is confused about which of his daughters he married off; we know his words but they are ambiguous. The great controversy between Rebby Meir & R' Yossi: does the ambiguity of the father's words engender a broad-scoped Safek requiring that almost all of his daughters must receive a Get? Or shall we assume that the words he used indicated one specific daughter and only she requires a Get? A similar issue is addresses in Nedarim when a person used an unclear language.
