Now that we've defined kedushah, the next step is to find practical ways to create kedusha in our own lives. According to Chazal, the two aspects of life which relate most to kedusah are arayot and food. In our discussion, we focus on food, and give some ways that one can bring kedusha into his or her life through food and eating.
