We will connect the sugyot in Masechet Berachot 21b & 26b. What do I do if I don't know if I davened? Or if I recited Kruyat Shema? The Halacha advocates, though does not obligate, the recitation of a Tefillas Nedava? Can a Tefillas Nedava replace a Tefillas Chova? We will analyze the concept of תפילה רחמי as an entity of Tefilla unto itself. Such an entity will accomplish one dimension, one Kiyum, of Tefilla. It will suffice to fulfill a חיוב אזכרה in the case where he omitted Ya'eleh VeYavo. Can a single Beracha of Shmone Esreh be a partial kiyum of Tefilla? In this shiur we will analyze the principle of ספק דרבנן לקולא as it applies to both Issurim & Chiyuvim. This may shed a new light on the view of the Rambam re: Lo Tasur on a דרבנן.
