Siman #94 Se'if #7 Mechaber & Ramah re: he cut hot meat with a milchiga knife. The mechaber establishes that we need Bitul (60x) & makes no qualification that the meat was in a Kli Rishon. The Ramah limits the Issur to a Kli Rishon. The Shach in siman #105 quotes the Maharshal who argues with the Ramah & establishes that even in a Kli Sheini the same requirement of 60x applies if the meat is sizzling hot. The Shach proves the opinion of the Maharshal based upon his understanding of Tos' in Shabat 40b; kli sheini only applies when the wall of the utensil cool of the contents therein & this does not apply to a dry piece of meat sitting upon a kli sheini. The Chavas Da'as reinterprets the Tos' & rejects the proof of the Shach.
