For the sugya of בעילה ראשונה בשבת in Masechet Ketuvot 5b, we will focus our attention on the difference between universal פטורים, i.e. Halachik principles that apply to all Issurei Torah as opposed to specific פטורים that apply exclusively to Hilchos Meleches Shabbos, i.e. Peturim that are a result of the super principle of מלאכת מחשבת. In this context we are ready to analyze Tos' regarding the relationship between אינו מתכוין and פסיק רישא; the relationship between אינו מתכוין & Mitasek. This becomes very relevant re: what does Rebby Yehuda hold on אינו מתכוין בשבת, i.e. a specific Halacha in Shabbos, and what does Rebby Shimon hold re: אינו מתכוין as a universal פטור. All this will impact on Isurei DeRabanan on Shabbos.
