This shiur is dedicated to defining the Issurim of Rechitza & Sicha on Y"K, Tisha Ba'av, and during Aveilus. We will analyze the Rambam's designation of Yom Kippur as an all inclusive Issur that applies even regarding a sicha that is not implemented for the sake of pleasure. The same applies to Rechitza. The mitzva of שביתה defines the unique status of Y"K in this regard. In the latter half of this shiur we will analyze the aggadek statement re: Rav Safra's personal prayer added to the Amida. This will shed a new light on the integration of contradictory attributes and upon the concept of Torah LeShma.
