We will continue our study of the Mishna of 'yerch b'gid' on Chulin 96b and introduce the concept of קפילא, the non-Jewish chef who tastes the mixture. We will begin our analysis of Rashi on the Mishna regarding the status of a Halacha LeMoshe MiSinai. Finally we will study the first line in Tos' regarding the concept of כדי קליפא, the layer of the 'yerech' that surrounds the 'Gid' and is infected by the process of salting the meat before its cooking.
