The supplication of Chizkiyahu in the Aggadeta of Masechet Berachot 10b, is interpreted in two ways. Either his merit is joining GeUla with Tefilla, or his concealing of the Book of Cures. We will study this Aggadeta al pi HaRav A.Y. HaKohen Kook, and try to understand the attribute of Bitachon (reliance upon Hashem) as the backdrop for Chizkiya's prayer. In the last part of the shiur we will analyze the insights of the Rambam regarding the book of cures and why it was concealed.
