Why is Hashkiveinu classified as GeUlah Arichta? Why does Rav Amram Gaon think that smichus only applies to Tefillas Chova but not to Arvis if the latter is Reshus? Why does Tos' reject Rav Amram? Is the smichus to the Beracha of Ga'al Yisrael or to all of Kriat Shema UBirchoseha? Is smichus a part of the mitzva of Tefilla or is it a mitzva unto itself?
