In this shiur on Amira LeAkum we will study the issue of a non-Jew who was commissioned before Shabbos to work over a certain period of time including Shabbos? Is this permissible? We will study the controversy between the Rambam & Ra'avid regarding the situation in which the financial arrangement does not require that the non-Jew work on Shabbos but the non-Jew decided on his own to do so? We will analyze this issue in the light of the distinction between two categories of labor arrangements, S'chirus & Kablanus.
