p 210. The malachim (angels) cannot understand Aramaic because they cannot receive Olam HaBa (The World To Come). The greatest simcha (joy) comes from overcoming the physical world. We are willing to go through tremendous pain in order to grow. Big Jewish neshamos (souls) who do not reach their proper potential cause destruction. Every generation has its special nisyonos (challenges) that attempt to pull us away from Torah. In the Aramaic of the Talmud, the totality of Torah is spoken out, while in the Tanach and Mishna, that totality is hidden.
