In this shiur we will analyze the nature & significance of the Issur prohibiting writing the Oral Torah. We will study the insight of the Gra into the meaning of Birchas HaTorah and the difference between the Bris that was established on the 2nd of Sivan and the actual moment of Matan Torah on the 6th of Sivan.
