The issue of Muktza in the case of Tevel is complex. One Sugya says explicitly that Tevel is Muchan and not Muktza, yet another Sugya indicates that although one is permitted to set up a kli in order to receive drops of Tevel (wine), nevertheless, to move the Tevel itself would be prohibited. We will try to read the words of the Ramban in Milchamos HaShem carefully and analyze the Ramban's opinion.
