Description

Given to Students of RIETS (Semicha). Rabbi Weinberger continued his discussion of two ways in being a mashpia, whether to a community, to a classroom, or in a family. The demanding and conditional love represented by Moshe Rabbeinu and the unconditional and expansive love of Aharon HaKohen. This is also the love of a father (Moshe type) and a mother (Aharon type). Regardless of what a person's nature is more inclined too, he must unite both of these ways. One without the other is harmful. Underneath everything, the foundation must be that of unconditional love, in order for any influence to be received properly.
