Description

We will analyze the nature of the psul zonah as far as kehuna is concerned, and what engenders the shem zonah. The issue at stake is the case of ones (rape). In the case of a married woman one can easily argue that ones does not generate a psul zonah, whereas in other cases where the boel is a pasul, it is irrelevant whether the beilah was with or without her consent. We will analyze the cases of an unmarried woman who had a relationship with a Kasher, and the case of an erva relationship of relatives. In the last shiur we focused on the Baal HaMaor; in this shiur we will emphasize the Ramban's opinion and the psak of the Shulchan Aruch. We will study the insights of the Oneg Yom Tov.
