Description

We will study the Beis HaLevi's presentation regarding the two dimensions of the mitzva of Milah, removal of arlus and sanctification. Why does Bittul chametz work as a machshavas halev without an action unless we define Bittul as a removal. Kinyanim require an action since they are more than just removing the Reshus of the Makne, but also as a positive creation of the possession of the Koneh. We will study the insights of Rav Amiel regarding the definition of a Tnai. Does a condition create another action required to create a Chalos, or is the absence of Bittul HaChalos?
