In this shiur we will use Zmanim as a window to examine the conceptual structure of this Chakira. We will examine the sanctity of Yom Hakipurim as it relates to both Issur Melacha and Issur Achila; the sanctity of Pesach as it relates to the mitzva of matza; and finally the status of the two major mitzvot of Succot, the succah and the lulav. The opinion of the Gra regarding matza for seven days and the exemption from tfillin during Chol HaMoed, will be studied.
