In the fourth chapter of the essay UBikashtem Misham, the Rav demonstrates that God Reveals Himself to Man when His inscrutable Will decides to do so. The revelation is not a response to man's seeking Him. On the contrary, the Raya has given up her search and is spiritually froze and fatigued.
