Description

In this shiur we will analyze the Machloket between the Ri MiGash & the Tos' Rid as to how to construct a Rov against a Karov in the case of finding a corpse between two or more cities and determining which city will bring the Egla Arufa. Do the number of cities create a Rov? Do the number of residents in all the cities establish a Rov? Additionally, this shiur will study the infamous question of Rav Yirmiya, and why the Chachomim were so upset by his question. Finally, we will study the status of Yerushalayim if a corpse is discovered in or around the Holy City.
