Description

There is no possibility of making a condition (tnai) with regard to chlitza, just as there is no possibility of appointing an agent (shliach) for chlitza. What about Nisuin? There is no shlichut, is there no tnai? This shiur will investigate two possible definitions of nisuin, one - a kinyan, no less than kiddushin; two, the completion of the kinyan of kiddushin thru the act of taking the arusa into the reshus of the arus.
