Search for all shiurimMr. Yitzchak ‘Itzik’ Shalita has served as a volunteer for Magen David Adom and ZAKA Israel for over ten years. He was a member of the IDF Search and Rescue Team, consulted with the Israeli Police Force as a fingerprint identification expert, and represented the Israeli government on humanitarian missions to Taba, Egypt and to Thailand in the aftermath of the 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake and tsunami. In addition to being a certified scuba diver with expertise in underwater search and rescue, Mr. Shalita is also a seasoned trail and mountain guide. He has led climbing and rappelling groups throughout Israel, and has used his skills to assist with rescue missions in treacherous areas.
