Rabbi Aaron R. Katz is a corporate attorney at Honigman Law Israel. A Los Angeles native, he learned in Yeshivat Kerem B'Yavneh, earned his B.A. from Yeshiva College, and received semicha from RIETS, where he also learned in the Gruss Kollel. He holds a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, where he served as the JLIC Rabbi on campus. Rabbi Katz made Aliyah in 2014 and lives with his family in Mishkafayim, Ramat Beit Shemesh. In 2019, he co-founded Beis Medrash Mevakshei Emes in Mishkafayim. His writing has appeared in Tablet Magazine, the Seforim Blog, and other publications.
