Rabbi Yonah Sklare is a Rosh Kollel and Magid Shiur in Baltimore, MD. He lectures at numerous local institutions, including Women’s Institute of Torah Seminary, communities across the USA and online. He received semichah and his PhD in Talmudic Law from Ner Israel Rabbinical College.
