Masechet Pesachim B'Iyun 50b: If we work at the wrong time we may miss the blessings from Above. If we desist from work at the proper time, even if out of laziness, we will merit reward. These times include Erev Shabbos and Motza'ei Shabbos and Yom Tov and Yom Kippur.
