Masechet Eruvin 97a, how to establish the Kashrus of Tefillin bought from a vendor whose status is unknown or from a scribe who as yet established his expertise in writing kosher Tefillin. We will discuss the debate in Masechet Yevamot as to whether two or three occasions establishes a reliable pattern (חזקה).
