Description

Masechet Eruvin 65a, more on not praying in the absence of יישוב הדעת; studying Torah by day and by night, when is the primary time for study with clear mind; the benefits of drinking wine and smell is similar to drinking and one can become intoxicated by the fragrance and ריח הניחוח; one who can drink wine and remain in control; the discipline of the 70 elders chosen by Moshe; the analogy between break and wine regarding כסף מעשר, i.e. the monies of Ma'aser; the custom to pour out some of the wine of the Havdalah cup; the blessing of the abundance of wine. Intro to the case of two courtyards, the inner and the outer חצר when the latter requires an Eruv due to the ownership of the non-Jew who shares the חצר הפנימית with the Jew.
