Description

In honor of ראש חודש מנחם אב we are learning an interesting yerushalmi about the prohibition of removing sifrei kodesh from eretz yisrael! Wait is this actually halacha, ive never heard of this and bought tons of sefarim in Israel before? Does this apply in our generation? What sefarim does this apply to? what if i inherit my israeli uncle's library? What does this practically mean for me and my sefarim?!?
