Masechet Ketuvot 38b; After the two versions of R' Akiva, the ילפותא of Abaye & the two versions of the ספק of Rava regarding a נערה who died before the העמדה בדין. Is she simply 'leaving' the רשות of the Father (and bequeath the קנס to her son) or is the entire enterprise of קנס removed?
