This shiur discussed what to do in the situation where there are 10 people present but some are still davening - can the minyan proceed? It also discussed the pros and cons of waiting for the rabbi to finish davening to proceed. This shiur was delivered to Australian and South African talmidim in Yeshivat Har Etzion.
