Masechet Sanhedrin B'Iyun 5a: the status of a מומחה לרבים, Part II. The debate between the Rambam and the Rosh as to whether the יחיד מומחה has the status of a Beit Din. The debate between the Shach and the Nesivos regarding the possibility of the יחיד מומחה validating the testimony of two witnesses according to the Rambam.
