Respectfully, as a woman with a history of both anorexia nervosa and obsessive compulsive disorder -- B"H both successfully treated- I ask that you consider that the information in your Shiyur could potentially be very dangerous for someone with either an eating disorder or OCD. The unhealthy strive toward perfectionism in eating and productivity (for example, bulimia nervosa) could be fed by these messages. It may seem trivial, but there are unfortunately many people walking around with these disorders. Thank you for your consideration
