Why is the concept of v'nahafoch us so important to and celebrated on Purim? Together, we carefully trace the timeline of Megillat Esther within the pesukim and show just how essential and striking the experience of v’nahafoch hu is in the narrative of the Megillah. We then zoom out and explore the meaning of v’hafoch hu as a central theme to Purim itself, contrasting it to the theme of Pesach, and revealing how it is a critical element of the redemption at the end of days.
