Description

We know we have a חיוב to hear קריאת מגילה, but what are the different conditions that go into this obligation? Who can read it for us, and why are the standards here different than by other קריאות? Also, what does it even mean to "hear" every word of the מגילה? If one dozes off, does he have to go back and catch up himself?
