1. Sometimes minhagim change. For example, up until a few hundred years ago nobody said Kabbalat Shabbat. When do we say "change" and when do we say "don't change"? 21. What is the difference between asking a rabbetzin and asking a yoetzet halacha (who probably is also a rebbetzin)? Perhaps what changed is that women became more knowledgeable.
