      I find it difficult to understand why these halachot were not included in a Mishnah or a Braita and if they were so limited why were they not included in the written Torah? If the reason is that there is no allusion to them in the written Torah, is it true that each mishna and braita is alluded to in the written Torah? Thank you. Chodesh Tov and Yom Haazmaut Sameach.
