      Sholom u'vracha, My apologies if you already addressed this in this shiur. Early on, you mentioned that the rules of mikva (re: chatzitzos) were the same as al natilas yadayim. Later you gave an example and concluded that chipped fingernail polish would certainly be me'akev an effecitve tevila. If so, what does that imply in the case of a woman with chipped fingernail polish who is attempting to do al natilas yadayim? Thanks -- from a big out of town fan of yours, -- Sholom
