Dear Rabbi Levin, I greatly enjoyed your lesson on the typology of mitzvot. I am nevertheless unsettled by the fact that according to halacha giving bad advice to Gentiles is not considered sinful. If geneivas daas and other forms of dishonest behavior fall in the realm of bad advice, then it appears that goodwill towards non-Jews is a matter of personal caprice - not a halachic imperative.
