In this Parsha & Hashkafa shiur for Ki Tisa we will address the following question: What is the common quality that defines leadership in Israel? How were the leaders who saved Klal Yisrael from evil decrees, Moshe, Dovid, Mordecha, able to 'influence' Hashem and negate the Divine decrees against our People? Based upon the insights of the שבילי פנחס we will reveal the ethical dimension of Jewish leadership. Hashem sees Himself כביכול, as a 'guest' in the abode of these Tzaddikim who create an abode for שכינה and invite Hashem into this world. The rule is כל מה שבעל הבית אומר עשה!
