We discuss piece #3 in Tzavas Harivash in the context of the journeys of Am Yisroel that are listed in Parshas Masei. Why do we need to now go through all the journeys in detail? In each of the stops Am Yisroel made they were raising up sparks of holiness. So too, we have to learn from this that wherever Hashem sends us we must look for the sparks we're supposed to be raising in that location.
