Description

For Masechet Bava Batra 93b-94a we will address the question: how far does the responsibility of the seller go? Must he pay for damages since he sold defective seeds to the buyer and the buyer suffered a lost as a result of planting these seeds. We will study the Mishna which addresses the question: what impurities must the buyer accept? There is always an assumption that the produce naturally contains some % of waste or spoilage, e.g. pebbles or dirt mixed with the produce.
