This introductory shiur to Sefer Devarim was given at NCSY Kollel in Beit Meir. After presenting an overview of the book, it addresses the "Neum haMitzvot" - Mosheh's (re)presentation of the Mitzvot from Chapter 5-26 and suggests a pattern that informs the sequence of presentation.
