This shiur, given at NCSY Michlelet, discusses the "roller coaster" that exists from the destruction of the 9th of Av to the celebration of the 15th of Av. We will also discuss the nusach of bentching in general and, more specifically, the 4th bracha of bentching as it relates to the 9th and the 15th of Av and how they relate to during this time on the calendar and all year round.
