Part one of a two-part shiur on the laws of borer (selecting/sorting) on Shabbat. This shiur dealt with defining a mixture, good, bad/waste, by hand, and immediate use. The shiur was delivered to Australian and South African talmidim in Yeshivat Har Etzion.
