<p>Rabbi,</p> <p>While I can not quote a source, my study has taught me that there is no need to tell a buyer about a blemish / problem that is clearly visable. Thus, a seller of a car need not point out scratches on a car that are visible to a buyer that would make an effort to notice scratches.</p> <p>Thank you for a wonderful Shiur.</p> <p>Baruch </p>
